What is your Returns Policy?
At Clutch Me London, your happiness is the most important thing to us! If you are not 100% satisfied with your clutch, please contact us at [email protected]. Please state your order number and reason for returning and we will reply the same day with details on how to return a product to us so we can refund you!
Personalised items: Unfortunately, we do not offer returns and refunds on personalised items unless they arrive faulty.
What should I do if my order is incorrect or faulty?
At Clutch Me London we want to sort out any issues with your order straightaway. As soon as you discover something to be faulty or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] with the issue and we will work to resolve it as soon as we can.
What are my delivery options?
We use Royal Mail for all our orders, to ensure you have a reliable service. Within the UK, we offer 1st Class postage so you can expect your delivery within 1-2 days of dispatch. Any orders placed outside of the UK will be posted Standard Class so you can expect your delivery within 5-7 days of dispatch.
